Yoga Sanidhya Wellness a branch of Yoga Shastri trust was founded by Prashant Anand Tripathi, a practitioner and educator deeply connected with Yogic Sciences and Indian philosophy for over 9 years. Prashant holds a B.Sc. in Yogic Science and is certified by the Yoga Certification Board (Ministry of AYUSH) and NSDC. His approach combines traditional practices such as Hatha Yoga and the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita with practical solutions for modern-day challenges.
Over the years, we have conducted 100+ workshops and retreats, reaching 2,500+ people through programs including Know Your Capabilities, How to Receive Education, Stress Simplified, Yoga Retreats, and Aahar in Yogic Perspective. At Yoga Sanidhya Wellness, our aim is to make ancient wisdom simple, practical, and relevant to everyday life—helping people build greater mental clarity, discipline, emotional strength, and inner balance.
